Placing your Order

Checkout

Items added to the cart can be viewed from the trolley icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Products can be edited or removed here or in the cart page.

Selecting 'Proceed to Checkout' will take you to the Billing & Delivery section where you will be asked to enter your email, name, address, credit card details, gift message (if appropriate) and other details required to complete your purchase. At this stage an account can also be created to store order history, templates and tracking details.

Placing an Order

Selecting 'Submit Order' will place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will also send you another email notifying you when your order has been shipped, details of our tracking number and confirmation that we have charged your credit card.

How Long Does an Order Take ?

Statues

All our statues are hand made in our factory, and for most of our regular sellers, we will have it made and we'll just need to undertake a final assemble, polish and to add the engraving. This is usually just a day or two. If it's a statue that we need to manufacture it will take us 5-10 working days to produce. We may do it faster than that but we cannot guarantee faster delivery. We undertand the need to meet deadlines and if your order is urgent please contact us here when ordering and we'll try to meet you requirements.

Glass, Crystal and Bottles

Before engraving begins we will send you a template of your design for approval. Once this is confirmed engraving begins and no further changes can be made. Delivery is usually 2-4 working days from confirmation but this can take longer depending on stock. If you require an order for a certain date please let us know and we will endeavour to send it in time.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship an order to multiple addresses. If you are shopping for people at different addresses you will have to place separate orders for each address, which will also be charged separately.

Redeeming Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied during the checkout phase, just enter the code in the box and click apply discount.

Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Additional conditions may apply so please read the terms and conditions supplied with the code.

Gift Messages

A personalised gift message service is available on all orders which will be shown on the packing slip. Prices will not be shown.
