Placing your Order

Checkout

Items added to your basket can be viewed using the trolley icon in the top right corner of the page. Products can be edited or removed here or within the cart page.

Selecting “Proceed to Checkout” will take you to the billing and delivery section, where you will be asked to enter your details to complete the order. At this stage, you can also create an account to store order history and tracking information.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied at checkout by entering the code and selecting “apply”.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Alcohol is excluded from all discounts in line with Scottish law.


Placing an Order

Once you select “Submit Order”, your order will be placed and you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your confirmation email to ensure all the details entered are correct. 

A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.


Order Times

All items are made or engraved to order.
Please see our Delivery Information section for full details on lead times.

If your order is urgent or required for a specific date, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.


Collection Orders

Orders can be placed for collection. If you would prefer to collect your order, please select this option at checkout or contact us directly to arrange.

Please note that delivery will still be charged at checkout; however, this will be refunded once your order has been successfully collected.


Multiple Shipping Addresses

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Separate orders will need to be placed for each delivery address.


Gift Messages

A personalised gift message can be added directly on the order form. This will be included with your order, and no pricing information will be shown.
