Track an Order

Everything we make is handmade to order. We work as quickly as possible, but lead times can vary. On average, it takes around 3–5 days from order to delivery, though some pieces may take longer depending on the sculpture itself, whether it needs painting, or if engraving enquiries delay finalisation. If you ever have a question about your order, just get in touch and we’ll give you a clear timeframe for delivery.

 

• UK Orders:
  We use Parcelforce Next Day Delivery for most items. Smaller items like loose plaques are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

 

• International Orders:
  Shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

 

• Dispatch Notifications:
  You'll receive an email or text notification from the delivery company on the day your order is dispatched, including tracking and delivery details.

 

• Need Help?
  If your order hasn't arrived as expected or you need tracking assistance, please contact us - we’re happy to help with tracking numbers and delivery updates.

 

• Processing Time:
  Orders are usually processed within 3–7 days. Please allow extra time for Electroformed Silver products.
