We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return non-personalised items within 30 days for a full refund.
Engraved Crystal and Alcohol items cannot be returned or cancelled once the design has been approved.
As many of our items are made to order or engraved, different terms apply depending on the product.
Engraved Statues
Engraved statues are customised items, so your rights to return are limited under distance selling regulations. However, we will still accept returns where possible.
If you wish to return an engraved statue, please contact us at sales@balwalk.com within 30 days of receipt.
Returns can be arranged by yourself, or we can organise a collection. The cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage. If alternative packaging is used and the item is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
Engraved Crystal & Bottles
All engraved crystal and bottles are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once engraving has begun.
Orders can be cancelled without charge up until the engraving template has been approved. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
It is important to check your design carefully before approval. While we aim to ensure everything is correct, we cannot accept responsibility for spelling, grammar or design errors once the template has been confirmed.
