Delivery Information

Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. A signature may be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

 

Statues

Each statue is made to order.

  • Bronze and pewter sculptures are typically completed within 3–7 working days
  • Painted sculptures are usually completed within 5–10 working days
  • Silver sculptures can take 3–6 weeks

During busier periods, this may take slightly longer.
Once ready, orders are dispatched on a 24-hour delivery service to most mainland UK addresses, and a 48-hour service to Northern Ireland and most European destinations.

Engraved Bottles & Crystal

Engraved items are usually completed within 3–5 working days, before being dispatched via 24-hour UK delivery.

Fully Cut Crystal

Fully cut crystal items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, sent via 24-hour UK delivery.

 

If you require your order for a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

International Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available, with delivery times varying depending on location.

Shipping Costs

UK and European delivery is charged at a flat rate per order. Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Tracking & Updates

Our delivery partners provide automated updates. If you include an email address and/or mobile number at checkout, you will receive tracking information and delivery notifications, with options to amend your delivery if required.

 

Shipping of Alcohol

Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship alcohol outside of the UK.

Punctuality of Service

Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions. This includes the delivery service within the UK, while we send every box by 24 hour service and 98+% of boxes make it within that time, we do not have any control over outside factors, eg if their trucks are delayed in getting to the sorting hub. 

Damaged Parcels

We take great care to pack your order so as not to be damaged but there are occasions when boxes are damaged in transit. If the parcel is damaged please accept the delivery but contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the damage and organise a solution.

Delivery Addresses

If you won't be able to receive the parcel we are happy to send it to another address which is different to the billing address, please enter this address in the shipping section during checkout.

We can also deliver to a work address provided there is someone available to sign for the box. We cannot accept liability for the delivery after it has been delivered to the address provided so please ensure the address is complete enough to find you, particularly for a large organisation or base.
