This item includes our bespoke design and engraving service. Every piece is individually hand-engraved by our experts using sandblasting techniques.

Use the "Add engraving details" box to tell us what you’d like engraved. Include:

• Badge or crest names

• Any layout or font preferences

Once we receive your order, we’ll create a draft and email it to you (using the email you provide) for your approval. From there, we’ll work with you to make any changes if needed.

Images

We’ve got a large library of images covering most occasions – so if you’ve got something in mind, just describe it and we’ll offer options.
If you spot something you like on our sample sheets, just reference it in the engraving details box.

We’re fully licensed by the MOD and have a complete range of Army, RAF, Royal Navy, and Royal Marines crests on file.
We also have all fire service and police crests.

- To use any of these, there’s no need to upload an image - just write the name in the engraving details box along with your wording and we’ll take care of the rest!

If you’re looking for a specific logo or crest, you can upload a file (Word doc, AI file, PDF, etc.). If we don’t already have it, we’ll professionally convert it for engraving at no extra charge.

Just a heads-up: the image must be clear enough to convert into black and white - unfortunately we can’t engrave photos or some detailed colour designs. If there are any issues with the file, we’ll email you to discuss alternatives.

We usually centre-align and size the text based on your design and how much wording there is.

If there’s a specific font you like, let us know – or we can pick one that suits your design.
As the old saying goes, less is more - shorter lines mean we can use a larger font which tends to look much better.

Each item has a different amount of engraving space, but don’t worry - we’ll lay everything out to fit as best as possible.

Engraving Process

After ordering, we’ll take all your details and design a draft for you. We’ll then email it over for your approval.

In the draft, the black areas show where we’ll engrave - these will appear silver-white on the finished item.

It’s really important to check your proof carefully, as once it’s engraved, it can’t be changed or cancelled.

Once approved, your design is printed and turned into a special mask, which is applied to the engraving area. We then use high-pressure sand to cut into the glass.

Every part of this process is done by hand.

All our crystal and glass is fragile, so please hand wash only - avoid putting it in the dishwasher.
